General conditions of application

Read carefully

Here you’ll find all the information you need about our services, opening hours, privacy policies and payment methods. We encourage you to read these terms carefully to ensure an optimal and transparent experience during your holistic therapy sessions. If you have any questions or specific requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Responsibility

1. Energy treatments or guidances are part of the field of alternative therapies, not traditional Western medicine. This means that these services should never replace medical or psychological treatment but are intended to complement them.
2. I am responsible for the framework and for every word spoken during a session or training course. My responsibility ends there. The consultant is at all times in control of and responsible for his or her words and actions, both during and outside the session.
3. Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.

Personal data and private property

1. The consultant information or materials I send are subject to the RGPD and copyright laws, according to the European regulation of April 27, 2016. The consultant has a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion of data, limitation of processing and opposition to the processing of data for legitimate reasons.

Payment

1. Payment for face-to-face sessions is made in cash, in euros only, after the session.
2. Payment for online sessions must be made in advance. It serves as confirmation. Once payment is received, I send the Zoom link.
3. If the customer requires an invoice for a training course, this will be issued on request.
4. Online, I accept the following currencies: Euro and US Dollar.
5. The base price is calculated in Euro. Prices in foreign currencies are calculated according to current rates and rounded up.

Payment

Online

1. Any online session or training is subject to the laws of the Belgian state.
2. I cannot be held responsible for power outages on your side or for the failure of your equipment.
3. Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
4. Privacy notice. All online sessions are subject to RGPD and copyright laws, according to the European regulation of April 27, 2016. No cameras or other video/audio filming or recording equipment may be used to capture audio/visual of people or class content in my Zoom room without the prior permission of all participants.
5. Whether or not I record consultations or courses depends on the prior approval of all participants. Recordings are intended for backup purposes and in the event of a consultant’s equipment failure.
6. Any recording, should it be initiated, will never be broadcast without the written authorization of all participants. When a recording is to take place, I will announce it (referring to the privacy notice) and ask for your verbal approval. The reason for registration must be indicated. The content of all audio and visual recordings remains the property of the Collège and may not be used for public or commercial purposes without prior authorization.
7. Any public use of the recordings may take place provided that :
   1. all participants have given their written consent.
   2. content is correctly referenced.
8. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the course without cause.

Cancellation

1. For a session: in the event of cancellation by the consultant, I must be notified three days in advance. After this deadline, the session is considered due.
2. For a training course: in the event of cancellation of a training course, I must be notified five days in advance. After this deadline, no refunds will be made for cancellations.
3. If I cancel a session or training course, it may be postponed sine die or refunded in full.
4. In the event of a justified major problem, I will examine the request for cancellation, while retaining the right to choose whether or not to issue a refund or if an arrangement can be found.
